I’m happy to share a brand new video I produced – Slovenian guitarist Aljaz Cvirn performing Invierno Porteño from Piazzolla’s The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires, arranged for classical guitar by Sergio Assad. Recorded in November/December 2013 at 2d Recording Studio using six microphones including Oktava MK-012 MSP4 Stereo Set Joly mod, MJE-K47H Capsule heads, original Oktava MK-012 MSP2 Stereo Set (Cardioid) and Rode NT1-A Joly mod. Metric Halo and Focusrite preamps, Metric Halo converters. DAW used to edit the track – Reaper. Video shot on a Canon 600D w/ Canon 50 mm F/1.8 lens. Recorded on a Michele Della Giustina 2001 cedar guitar.
